In the South Pacific, mystical maidens lived beneath the waves. As told by legend, the sea-daughters, known as Mer-maids, were respected for their otherworldly appearance and elegant movements. Often seen casting their magnificent tail and combing their long flowy hair. The Monoï de Tahiti mixture of tiaré (gardenia) blossoms and Polynesian coconut oil, was used to protect their hair and skin from harsh sun rays, insects and salt water. This tradition was passed down to their daughters and has been for thousands of years.
This unique body oil mixture, containing monoï, kukui and cherry seed oil, effectively moisturizes and rejuvenates dry, scaly skin. It's rich in antioxidants which protect against pollutants, and tomato seed oil, which is high in lycopene and essential fatty acids, keeps skin firm and supple.
