Shipping policy
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $250 before taxes within Canada. For orders under $250, shipping within Canada is $30 and international shipments are $45. We ship all items using Canada Post, FedEx, DHL or UPS (depending on the destination) within 2-5 business days of receiving an order. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out the following Wednesday. Please allow extra time if you have special requirements or place an International order. If you have any special shipping instructions please contact us after placing your order and we will do our best to meet your special request.
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. Shipments to all countries except within Canada are likely to incur duties and/or taxes, including VAT. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable, and we highly recommend choosing a shipping option that offers tracking. Wren is not responsible for any items lost or delayed in transit. We are unable to replace or refund stolen packages or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. We are not responsible for items that are not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
Orders shipping within Canada normally take 2-7 business days to be processed and delivered, 4-10 business days to the US and Europe, and 5-15 business days to the rest of the world. Please note that during sale and busy times of year, shipping times may be longer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
