Refund policy
Wren's online boutique offers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Wren is happy to offer a full refund for regular priced online purchases. Merchandise must be unused with all original tags and packaging intact. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that our online return policy is different than that of our on-site boutique, which offers exchange or store credit only on all regular priced merchandise. All sale items are a final sale.
To initiate an online return, you can contact us at info@wrenboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Wren does not assume any shipping costs or duties on exchanges and returns. Any additional shipping charges incurred when shipping out an exchange will be charged to you as the customer and shipped according to your preferred shipping method. Wren is not responsible for any items lost or delayed in transit. We are unable to replace or refund stolen packages or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. We are not responsible for items that are not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. We will always try our best to assist you in any situation.
Delivery times are only averages, there can be additional delays if the package is crossing a border, or delivery falls during a holiday.
Damages and issues
All items are carefully checked prior to shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition, but if you notice any damage please contact us right away and send us photos of the damaged packaging or garment.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items, lingerie, swimwear, candles, apothecary or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate a return as described above, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase online for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping
We ship all items using Canada Post or UPS within 2-5 business days of receiving an order. Please allow extra time if you have special requirements or place an International order. If you have any special shipping instructions please contact us after placing your order and we will do our best to meet your special request.
